HOW TO PERFORM A COVID-19 TEST IN LE CREUSOT VILLE

Reserve an appointment:-

2-    Reserve an appointment on this link

     https://www.doctolib.fr/laboratoire/le-creusot/laboratoire-acm-bio-hotel-dieu-unilabs-le-creusot by choosing reason for consultation to be COVID-19 PCR Screening, choosing the date required and filling in the required information.

3-    Send your social security document (CPAM) to the email provided in the end.

Reach the Laboratory:-

1-    The Lab is located at Hotel-Dieu hospital in Le Creusot at this address:

175 Rue Maréchal Foch.

2-    Enter the hospital gate and look for the signs to find this logo written beside it the word “Laboratoire”.

3-    Follow the signs until you reach to the Laboratory called “ACM Unilabs”.

4-    Don’t enter the lab itself, go around the corner and you will find a tent made beside a door written on it “COVID Drive”.

5-    Wait under the tent until someone come out and ask you for your name.

To get an early result in case of travelling:-

Tell the physician who made the test for you, in French or Translation, to give you the result early and ensure him/her that you are travelling, in order to give you the result in 24 hours. Otherwise the result takes between 30 to 48 hours.

To obtain your results:-

1-    You will receive a SMS on the phone number you registered while obtaining your appointment. It contains a link to the lab and an ID.

2-    Open the link and create an account on it and provide the ID to access your results.

Notes to be aware of:-

1-    Take an appointment 2 days prior to your flight to be in the safe side in case of any result delay.

2-    There are no appointments made on both Saturday and Sunday.

3-    AVOID booking flights on both Monday and Tuesday, since you won’t be able to make the test on the weekend, therefore the 72 hours limit allowed by airports or airlines will expire and if it is done on Monday, it’s very risky since the result can be delayed for any reason.

4-    If there is no other option than to book your flight on Monday, you will have to travel to Dijon Ville on Saturday to do the test in another lab. You can book your appointment through this link:

5-    Don’t forget to take your ID (Passport/Residence Card) and your social security document or Vitale Card to your appointment.
